Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Fully Qualified ("the Service"), available at www.fully-qualified.com and operated by Construction Jobs Australia Ltd. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Fully Qualified is an online tool that helps you build a professional, ATS-friendly resume for construction, civil and mining roles, delivered as a downloadable PDF.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.

3. Payment

The Service is provided for a one-off fee, displayed at checkout, in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your resume is generated after successful payment.

4. Refunds

Because the Service delivers a digital product generated on demand, the fee is generally non-refundable once your resume has been produced. Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees or rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection law. If something goes wrong, contact us (Section 11) and we will work with you in good faith.

5. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
• You agree not to enter false, misleading or unlawful information.
• Our AI assists with wording and formatting - it does not, and should not, fabricate qualifications, licences or experience you do not hold.

6. AI-assisted content

Parts of your resume are improved using AI. You should review the final document for accuracy before using it. You remain responsible for the content you submit to employers.

7. Work opportunities & our hiring network

As part of the Construction Jobs Australia network, we may be able to connect you with relevant work. This is optional. If you tick the consent box in the resume builder, you consent to us:

• contacting you about suitable work opportunities; and
• sharing your resume and contact details with our approved network of hiring managers and recruiters.

8. No guarantee of employment

We provide a tool and, where you opt in, introductions. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or employment of any kind.

9. Intellectual property

You own the personal content you enter. We own the Service, templates and software. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the resume you generate for your own job-seeking purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Compliance with data protection laws

We comply with all applicable data privacy, data protection and data-sharing laws in the United Kingdom and Australia, including:

United Kingdom

• UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR);
• Data Protection Act 2018;
• Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, which amends the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and PECR;
• Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), governing cookies and electronic marketing.

Australia

• Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs);
• Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024 (Cth);
• Privacy Regulations 2025 (Cth);
• Spam Act 2003 (Cth), governing electronic marketing communications;
• Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth), governing telemarketing;
• Relevant Australian state and territory privacy legislation.

Construction Jobs Australia Ltd is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Nothing in these Terms removes consumer or data-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
