Refund Policy

Fully Qualified delivers a digital product generated on demand. Because your resume is created and delivered immediately after payment, all sales are generally non-refundable. However, we are committed to working with you in good faith if something goes wrong.

1. No refunds on completed resumes

Once payment is processed and your resume PDF has been generated and delivered, the service has been fully rendered. As a digital product with instant delivery, we do not offer refunds as standard.

This is consistent with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which recognises that digital goods delivered immediately are generally exempt from change-of-mind refunds.

2. When we will help

We understand that mistakes happen. If there is a genuine issue with your resume such as a formatting error on our part, a section that did not generate correctly, or key information that was missed due to a technical faultcontact us and we will regenerate or correct your resume at no charge.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the resume builder. Our AI uses what you provide to generate your resume. We cannot offer corrections or refunds where the issue is caused by inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information submitted by you.

We strongly recommend reviewing your resume carefully before submitting it to employers.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
